The Brief
Replace the manual eye test recall programme with a bespoke automated solution. Drive store footfall and increase AOV by selling more product.
The Solution
Starting with data available from Wal∗Mart in the USA, we created a bespoke marketing database to speed up mailing drop times. Given the sensitive nature of the medical data, the database had to exceed current data protection and handling requirements. We could then deliver bespoke communications with localised offers to drive increased footfall at key times and at specific stores.
The Outcome
We helped Asda manage their clinics and improve profitability - less peaks and troughs, more consistency in capacity - leading to a 35% increase in repeat customers.
