The Brief

Budget asked us to develop a campaign that gave their customers access to the claims line in the most effective way.

The Solution

We sent an initial explanatory text message and followed it up with a business card containing the claims line number to save into the mobile phone address book.

The Outcome

By selling the enhanced levels of service from Budget, we made sure most people saved the business card into their phone. SMS sceptics will be interested to note that there were no complaints to this campaign.
