The Brief
Nokia asked us to find a way to collect customer data at festivals and other outdoor events using Nokia handsets.
The Solution
We created a quick and easy SMS system that integrated with a website to provide an instant win promotion that incentivised people to provide their data. We also provided real time reporting, performance management and tracking.
The Outcome
In only five weeks, Nokia received more than 100,000 customer records with an 80% mobile marketing opt-in rate and 16% email marketing opt-in rate. The bespoke reporting system allowed Nokia to manage field promotion teams in 18 different cities and helped us quickly identify and correct errors made while entering data.
