Ultralase

The Brief

As part of a pitch process, we were asked to go head-to-head with Ultralase's incumbent agency on a straight responsiveness test of the default landing page. As it had been continually improved over the previous four years, it was already hard-working. We wanted to see if we could take it to a new level.

The Solution

To make sure it was a fair test, we were asked to keep the existing content the same without adding or removing any element. However, we could rearrange the content as we liked. As well as making sure all the finer best practice direct response techniques for digital media were in place, we decided to make the page more single-minded in terms of the desired action from the customer. We also replaced the black & white photography with a colour image of a more attractive model.

The Outcome

Our re-design delivered a massive 36% improvement on the responsiveness of the default landing page. And we won the pitch!
