I studied Business Computing at Leeds Met before working on a Voip platform at Solutions11 and then becoming a Web Developer at ABA
Done that
- Build an inbound SMS parser for Nokia Connectors along with reporting suite using Gruff Graphs
- Launched a number of Ecommerce sites built with Ruby on rails
- Built a CRM application for Rebtel along with reporting suite
- Used the Google maps API to allow live tracking of James Cracknell via GPS when cycling for Sport Relief
- Developed a "recommend a friend" system for Vodafone incorporating SMS and email marketing
- Built viral voucher/data collection sites for PizzaExpress and Zizzi
- Developed a data collection form manager application for Nokia to allow easy setup of forms on multiple sites posting to a central database
- Currently rebuilding the Asda Financial Services website to be a full CMS built in Ruby on Rails
What next?
- Continue to develop features on our in-house Ecommerce and CRM platforms.
- Build some more great websites and applications
- Open source some common code into plugins/gems
