Even though we don't do direct mail day-in, day out (far from it), we apply direct response thinking to everything we do. So if there's no direct response experience on your CV, we won't consider you.
You need to be really organised and brilliant at detail because we expect water-tight campaign management of projects with lots of different online and offline components. The creative and digital teams are in house, which is good because it makes it a lot easier to manage an integrated campaign.
Of course, you'll be no stranger to scheduling and timing plans, job bags, and monthly client turnover and income forecasts. And most importantly, you'll know how to make your campaigns profitable.
